In the consolation game of the Wilson Tip-Off Tournament, the Lakemen looked more than capable of hanging with Riverside. After playing the Frontiers even in the first quarter, Wilson trailed 30-29 as the contest reached its intermission. Fortunately for Riverside, Justice would prevail in the third quarter.
Justice Feggans exploded for 18 of his game-high 33 points during a decisive third quarter, to lift Riverside past tournament host Wilson, 71-52. Feggans's scoring outburst in the third included four 3-pointers, as the Frontiers would outscore the Lakemen 29-14 during that stanza. Tyler Martin paced Wilson with 21 points.
In the championship game, St. Mary's lost a hard-fought battle to a very good Brunswick (Ohio) team, 48-44. Devin Redden led the Lancers with 13 points, while Erik Simmons and Nicc Johnson each scored 11 points in the loss.
