Section 6 really put all the black teams against each other in A2…Health is b school by #s,how they end up in A2….East was c last yr….Wny basketball

Middle early is still C? Figured they move up after recent success. Also what’s with Park. Why the move? They still play MMA schedule?

    BD1

No! They play an independent schedule. The only MMA team they play is St Joes once.

Unfortunate that MMA teams colluded to not play Park. Bad for everyone. You really showed us Canisius…good luck finding 2 better games and enjoy your defacto Manhattan cup

Yeah it’s unfortunate. Takes away some of the luster from WNY basketballl.

I wonder why HEALTH SCIENCES DIDN’T GET A BIG WRITE UP IN THE BUFFALO NEWS after DESTROYING ST Joes on SATURDAY???
Certain teams and players are definitely favored in WNY by the media and the writers….
ITs not fair and its not right!!!
All kids and schools should be able to get the same shine…… No matter if its public or private…

Have you seen the BN coverage of High School sports? Unless it is some type of Sectional or State event there is almost no coverage of anything! The individual points in the box score don’t even add up to the total score.
I think they have one person covering all high school sports and as impressive as Health was over the weekend, one of five high school basketball tournaments the first week in December may not be on on their radar.

I kinda hear you, but last week i saw two huge articles on jalen bradberry, and Park School. Saw articles on Lew-port, and a the kid from Jamestown.
Health dominating St Joe’s all game deserved an article….
Ill be shocked if the canisuis -lewport game on saturday doesn’t get a write up. The way the BN is, i would bet that they do something for that game…..
